At Turquoise & Tines, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition
- Free from stains, odors, or damage
- Returned with original tags and packaging when applicable
Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom-made jewelry
- Custom hats
- Personalized items
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Items marked as non-returnable
Because custom products are created specifically for each customer, all custom sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will review your request and work to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow:
- 3–5 business days for processing
- Additional time depending on your bank or payment provider
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for eligible items when inventory is available.
If you would like a different size, color, or item, please contact us before returning your order.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- The item is defective
- We shipped the wrong item
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment.
Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
Sale Items
Sale, clearance, promotional, and discounted items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.
