Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing Turquoise & Tines. We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return most items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging (including any tags, jewelry bags, boxes, etc.).
Custom orders or personalized items are non-returnable (unless there is a defect).
Sale or clearance items may be final sale. Check the product listing.
2. How to Return
Please email us at turquoiseandtines@outlook.com or call/text 620-388-5971 to initiate a return.
Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Ship the item back to us at the address provided, using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defect.
3. Refunds & Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of its status.
If approved, we will process your refund via the original payment method within 7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you chose an exchange, we will ship the replacement item once we have received your original item (or sometimes we may ship together depending on stock).
If an item is lost in transit back to us, we cannot be responsible unless you used a trackable shipping method.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 5 business days) at turquoiseandtines@outlook.com or 620-388-5971.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund, and cover the return shipping cost.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
Personalized or custom-made pieces.
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery.
Gift cards.
Items marked “final sale” in their description.
6. Tips for Returning
Keep your return shipping receipt and tracking number until the refund/exchange is complete.
Pack the item securely to avoid damage in transit.
Ensure the item is sent via a reliable, trackable courier — we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
