Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Free Shipping

We proudly offer:

FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $50 (before taxes and discounts).

Orders below $50 will be charged the applicable shipping rate at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 Business Days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 Business Days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Custom Orders

Custom jewelry, custom hats, and personalized items may require additional processing time.

Production timelines vary depending on the complexity of the design. If your order includes a custom item, we will provide updates regarding its progress and estimated completion date.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Turquoise & Tines is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Turquoise & Tines cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the carrier directly. We will do our best to assist whenever possible.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the claim and work toward an appropriate resolution.

International Shipping

At this time, international shipping availability may vary. Customers will see available shipping options during checkout.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
